And with the gradual growth of the company, it became more and more difficult. The recording and management of various activities was handled separately and often not compatible. Therefore we’ve decided to integrate the individual activities of the company into a common ERP system. The market scanning and sourcing took place in the second half of 2019 and the implementation followed at Q4/2019 and Q1/2020. An important parameter for the selection was the flexibility of the system itself as well as technical support from the supplier. We’ve decided for the Qi system, which now runs trade, production, attendance and other activities.
